Talking Gettin her cleaned up!!!!

Finally had a nice cool overcast weekend over here to be able to clay bar and wax "Big Blue", she was in desperate need. The paint felt like sand paper from the over spray. Started at 7 this mornin, buffed up the head lights, cleaned the oxidation crap off my bug shield (looks brand new, except for a few scratches that didn't buff out).

Drove her to the car wash to rinse all the crap off of her so I could clay bar. Ran to my ford dealer for new emblems and license plate holder afterwords.

Got back to the house started clay baring, holy crap this took me 4-5 hours. Then I hand washed her twice just cause at this point I was into it. Dried her off. Sprayed tire wet on the tires.

When you start something like this you just wanna finish it, so I started waxing the hood, got the roof after and the front bumper. NO MORE LIGHT AAAGGHHHH!!!!! Will have to finish in the morning. Will post some really good cleaned pictures after, and will be showing off my new emblems. They will not be blue ovals, you will just have to stay tuned to see them. They are not unique though, some one else has done them on here already, before I could find mine.

All right guys here she is all cleaned up, with the new emblems from PatriotDecals.com. I am still waiting to get a concept back and a set made from official marks.

Still got a few scars on her, but hey aren't trucks supposed too.

Since you guys were so patient, here is a little surprise for you. Its the other ford that I drive on nice weekends.

Next project, get a tri-fold tonneau cover, Coat the black trim with bed liner spray(The steps on the step bars, the lower valence on the front bumper, the step on the back bumper, the bed rails and tailgate cap, probably the mirrors and door handles too)

Let me know what ya'll think!!

Oh Yea!!! I need a better camera!!

trust me man youll like the tri fold, I have it and nice and easily and low profile look, on the other hand you did a good job on bringing out the deep blue...Shows you really care man....I think a better camera would show how beautiful you're toy's really are
