could u tell me all the parts neccesary to do the gear change and what axles my truck has

well you need both ring and pinions and master install kits, gear oil. you should have a 8.8 front and a 9.75 rear

It takes like 3 hrs to setup the back at a shop, and 2 for the front. You can have a diff out in 2 hrs easily....eat your wheaties boy
