OK OK OK...i am in need of a cat on bank 1, so once i replace the drivers side cat, i am HOPING to the Ford Heavens i can post a 17+ mpg result on hwy driving...like i said before, i knew what i was getting into when i bought the truck, but lets be honest, 17MPG+ would be pretty sweet!

Default Tires DOmake a difference.

I bought my truck with some well worn (about 5/32nds) bfgoodrich all terrains on it. I put on a new set of nitto crossteks and immediately noticed about a 2 MPG difference to the bad side. That may not always happen( the crosstek is a thick tread and extremely sticky tire) but I guarantee there will be a difference when tires are changed. I've got an 04 supercab 2 we lariat and only get about 14-15 running mostly highway.
