Fx4 issues
I have recently purchased a Ford
F150 2004 FX 4 flareside, i have been going thru the truck fixing alot of minor faults, i have 4 i am stumped on so can i get your assistance
questions
1: done gracias Cygan
2: need to tow a trailer regularly and had to repair trailer plug and harness, now my trailer has a battery that applies the brakes when the emergency pin is pulled on trailer, i dont think they are feed off the electric brake pin but 12v pin to keep battery charged, i have no 12v at that pin on the wiring, is it a fuse or maybe relay?
Fuse or relay number?
3: my reverse parking sensors arent working, again fuse or relay (numbers), off switch (how does this work and wiring diagram, or control unit on drivers friewall, can i fault find before i go changing out parts?
Think ill go get a Ford dealer scan!
4: the FX4 is fitted with a factory sub woofer, bur changed out the OEM stereo for a later 6L3T18C815FE radio with auxillary input so i can run ipod/sirius XM thru it. Can the wiring harmess be adapted for sub, is there a adaptor to buy or is this just a no go for this radio

You have to pull the back of the rear seat to get to the security module for the door code. It's easy but you will need a t50 and t40 torx if I recall.
Can't help on the re at sorry.
Good luck

As fer the trailrer batt feed - the fuse and relay info is in the owner's guide - you can download a manual here:

Same source fer ye backup sensor fuse info.
Wiring diagrams available for free here:
