Hey guys,

New to this forum but I've had my truck for almost 2 years now and I'm wanting to do a lot of things to it. First things first. I'm looking at cold air intakes for it but I'm really not sure which company to get. My truck is a 04 FX4 supercrew 5.4L. I was personally thinking along the lines of K&N or Banks. All suggestions and insight are welcome.

With a CAI you won't get the improvment your looking for with out getting a custom tune.

Can you explain a little bit more of what you mean?

04-05 tend to run lean..adding a cai will only lean it out even more. The only way to correct the lean issue will be a custom tune.
