Default FX2 Grille

Anyone install a FX2 grille on they're XLT? I'm looking to do so just wondering if there was on modifications needed or if it just bolts right on

Yeah it just bolts right on where the XLT grille sits. I've been trying to find one for what seems like forever.

I think u answered ur own question. Krylon has a plastic spray paint that does a pretty good job and u don't have to sand the plastic for it to stick

Lariat, but none the less it is easy to install and looks decent.

Here's one on my XLT. I ordered it from a dealer and spray painted it black. You have to be careful to not snap the clips off of the surround when you take the old grill out:

Grills look good guys. Ive been confused about grilles for years bc my color scheme is hard to keep up with. Im going to get an Fx2 grill and paint in the metallic stone like my truck. But than im going to have to paint the border/bezel too.
