Default FX2 front tow hook

Almost got stuck in the PA mud when I realized I don't have a tow hook in the front. Anyone popped the cover and installed one? Pictures? Can you just pop the cover?

I put them on my 06 screw. took me about an hour four grade 8 bolts, and a new lower valence cover. I'll take pics next time i'm under the truck if you would like. And the ones I got are actually bigger than the ones on the stock FX4s

How you going to keep from tearing up your front bumper? On mine anywhere you would hook it would still rip the valance.

I think the original OEM hooks come out where those two blocked off smaller air intakes are. I was thinking of maybe pop one of those out and make room for a tow hook. or do that should I need one. But I'm not sure it it's a part of the lower lip or something..
