Default Fuse box won't stop clicking, theft light flashing, no Start

Ok well first let me get this out there. I know my way around electrical systems and am not new to doing electrical mods on trucks at all. I have put a remote start on my 2000 f150, added an aux fuse box and much more. I'm on this forum every day, just over In the 10th gen section.

OK now that yall have some background on me here's the problem. I was putting a remote start In my mom's 04 expedition and everything has gone bad. The only wires I have hooked up were the 6 heavy gauge wires that goes to the ignition harness that connect to the ignition, accessory, and starter circuit. So I got all those wires hooked up and went to start the truck to make sure everything was still OK and all I got was a fast relay clicking noise. So I disconnected all the wires so the harness was back to stock. Now no matter if the key is in the truck or not there is a constant relay clicking and the doom lights flash with the relay click. Also the windows and power locks don't work and the gauges seem to be doing whatever they feel like when I try to start the truck. Right now the battery is disconnected but I have no clue what to do. Can someone please help me

I don't see any blow fuses and I can't find the relay that Is doing the constant clicking. The relay that is doing the fast clicking when I try to start it is the rear window defroster relay. I think I'm screwed

disconnect both battery cables and touch them together to discharge the system, then let it set and reconnect and see what happens?????

I'll try that then I'll try to scan for codes with my x3. I don't understand what could have happened. I just simply spliced 5 wires into 5 other wires and didn't have them connected to anything. I don't think it could have shorted. And now it's back to stock. I'm hoping I didn't screw up the PATS

Well I have had the battery disconnected for 10 minutes and on the charger. So I just took it off the charger and reconnected everything. When I put the key in and turned it to run the gauges staged and the lights came on the cluster like normal, the radio worked, the windows worked, then it just went stupid on me again. I tried to read the codes but all I got was a p1000 (system not ready or something like that but that code is normal after you disconnect the battery). I disconnected the battery and put it back on the charger and I'll see what it does in about an hour

Got it started. I found instructions on how to reset the PATS and I charged the battery some more. It cranked real slow but it did start so I'm assuming the battery just died on me. I'll keep it on the charger tonight
