Default Fuel Trophy wheel and KO2s help

This shouldn't be this difficult but I am trying to decide on the KO2 tire size to put on the 18x9 Fuel trophy wheels. I know they will extend 43mm more outward than my stock 18x7.5 wheels.
I can't decide on the tire size though. I'm thinking 275/65 or maybe 275/70?
If anyone has any pics or can recommend the KO2 size for my 2004 FX4 Screw I'd appreciate it. I have leveled thr truck with Bilstiens but I don't have any other lift. I can add painted fender flairs but without lift that might not look very good.

I don't have the same rims but mine are also 18x9. I went with 275/65 only because I'm running stock height. On a leveled truck the 275/70 would probably fill the wheel well better

Thanks, they look good. I can't seem to figure out how to view signatures on my phone.
