Question Fuel system issues

I have been having an issue with my truck cutting out on a quick take off or on a hard pull while I'm in the throttle. I took my truck to dealer and they say to get the fuel tank flushed and cleaned. Did that. There was alot of moisture in tank and the sock on the pump was nasty dirty. Put it together and it runs 10 times better, but after i filled up with our good quality of gas I'm only registering 3/4 tank and it is overflowing full. Can anyone give me an idea on what may have happened?

I have been noticing the same thing. off the line it cuts out for a second. I had my but handed to me by a Z71 because of that today. If I rev it up in park, it doesn't drop right back to idle it goes down slowly.

I was wondering if the arm could have been bent. Im going to to set the bed back and pull the pump back out and see what I can do. I'll ya know how it works out. Flushing the tank did make alot of difference in the way it runs.

No only if you are still under the bubper to bumper W ... Its kinda like doin a windows update on yer home pc.. They release software updates when they need to for certain problems.. I just got my 06 a month or so ago and did the pcm update for the he-l of it and I remember that being one of the corrections listed when I did it, hesitation on accel
