Fuel Shooting out at where hose connects to "Fuel Bar"
As the title says I have fuel shooting out from the connection of the hose to the "fuel bar". It is the part where it's green in this picture.
This is a stock photo and is not mine. However mine looks exactly like this.
I just accidentally removed the two screws here when I was pulling stuff off to do a spark plug change out. Three plugs were broken and I had to extract and of course two of them were the ones closest to the cab.
I got all plugs out and replace with new motorcrafts and installed anti seize. I reassembled everything including this part I pulled off that is attached to the "fuel bar". It is now blowing fuel out of that point when I try and crank it. Is there a gasket I have to replace? If it matters my truck also says the oil pressure is low as well. Are there any fluids that should be topped off after a spare plug change out?

There should be a small O ring under the "fuel rail pressure sensor" and if it is missing then I would assume fuel would spray out. Take the two little screws out and lift the sensor out to check for the O ring.

If it's missing then go to Napa and ask for a fuel rail pressure sensor so you can see the diameter of the O ring. That should give you An idea of what size you need. Unless you can sneak it off and tell them thanks for letting you look at it. Lol I'm not advising you to steel it though ; )

I did the same thing, pulled that sensor out of the way to go the plugs. I accidentally nicked the O ring during install and fuel went everywhere. Luckily the Napa down the street sells o rings loose so I bought the replacement for $.11
