Fuel pump removal on 05 F-150 SC
Can I get the fuel pump out without dropping the tank,it is full and I need to check and see if the float arm is bent. The tank is full and reading 3/4. I just had the pump out and I think I bent the arm. Does anyone have a suggestion because the pump unit is right under the rear crossmember of the cab,I dont think I'll have enough room?????

nope have to drop the tank,, I usually use a couple tie straps. then pull the tank straps and lower it slow and do what you need to.. Much easier than tryin to balance it on a jack and have it fall and rip the lines and wires out
