Default Fuel pump drive module

Ok guys have a question a friend of mine just bought a used e350 van,it has a 4x4 conversion on it from Quigley it is a 2004 does it have a fuel pump driver on it he went to start it and nothing had it at a local shop they checked the fuel pump it only had 4 volts on it,the enertia switch has 12 volts on it the van has a 5.4 triton in it thanks if has an answer

Not sure the E350 van is even remotely close to a F150 truck. You might have better luck in a different forum. This is F150 or similar forum. You may have to do the work and physically check yourself. It would be mounted to the rear axle somewhere if it does.
