Yes he gave me all the service records thats how I new it was done. I have them packed in a box somewhere because we just moved to a new house.

It starts and runs so its not hydrolocked. I think it didn't start that time because fuel was sitting on top of the valves. The knock noise is not in the bottom end so it may be a valve. Thanks and hopefully its not a new engine but if it is I guess I will rebuild it myself.
