fuel pressure test

if I am turning the motor over trying to start it but its not firing shouldn't the un burnt fuel be returning in the return line?

is it possible for all 8 injector to not be getting the correct voltage to open?

The fuel systems on there trucks are returnless.

whats that second gas line for? I am getting 12 volts to my injectors, so I guess the next step is to noid light them.
