Default Fuel Maverick's 20x9 +20 or +14 offset for 35x12.5's on a level?

Ok guys I need some opinions, I have a 2006 Supercab F150 FX4 with a 2.5 front level and a 3" rear block(vs stock 2"). Right now I'm running stock rims with Nitto Trail Grapplers 285/65r18's that are worn out. I bought a set of used (3000 miles) 35x12.5r20 Toyo MT's and need a set of rims. I ordered a set of Moto Metal MO970 in 20x9 with a +18 offset/5.71 BS, but now they are on backorder. So now I'm looking at canceling the order and going with a set of Fuel Mavericks in the Black/Machined.

On the Fuels they have either a +20/5.75 BS or a +14/5.5 offset. What would be the better choice to provide minimal trimming so they don't rub and don't stick too far out as I'm only running stock FX4 flares, I may get flares down the road but never thought the big ones look right without a 6" lift. Heres a picture of my truck along with the Moto Metals I have ordered and the Fuels I may order instead. What do you thing?

The Chevy has the Moto Metals in the offset that I'd be getting but the picture of the rims with the deep lip is a -24, love the look of the deep rim but wont work for me. The Grey F150 has the Maverics.

If you stick to a +12 on a 9" wide 20" rim with your 2.5 level on 35's you will undoubtedly be rub and trim free.. Clearance at the upper ball joint is just slightly over 1" from the tire, and the tires only stick out passed the OE fender flares about a 1/2 inch.. Looks perfect in my opinion.

A +14 should work, but it may require slight trimming around the wheel arch at the fender flare and bumper.. I'm assuming at +14 the tire won't stick out passed the flares much more then 1/4".
