Frustrating rough idle

In researching my own rough idle I've seen a ton of people who end up with a rough idle after the plugs are changed. I'm wondering if all the crap we spray down in there to get them loose gunks up our O2 sensors even without hurting the cats.

I didn't spray anything in mine. Impacted them out on a hot engine and broke none.

I see... Did you ever have your PCM reflashed at any point?

No, but no reflash is available either.
