Yes. Silicone spray works well if it's the weatherstripping that's freezing.

I've used it before on older weather stripping in cold weather and did the trick.

You can also use vaseline but it's kinda messier then silicone spray. My doors always freeze up in the winter. Seems that some people get it, and some don't.

Thanks everyone. Lubed up rubber seal with SIL-GLYDE and wiped off extra. We'll see if it happens again

I just started having this same problem a couple days ago with both back doors of my 04 Screw. It was after I drove in a snowstorm, and was about 15 degrees over night. But It definitely not frozen at the seals. The mechanism wasn't releasing the doors. But it's intermittent. It opened for both passengers to get in the back to go to the movies, then, when we got back, both wouldn't open again... the locks are working fine. I don't get it...
