I think you're all missed my point. And my point is a wheel bearing should last 4 to 5 times the life of a brake rotor. If I want to replace my rotor which will happen a lot but by designed I also have to replace the wheel bearing too. This is such a waste of money and counterintuitive.

That's good price. Can you tell me what brand name are these? Are they OEM or OES? TIA.

Otto457 turned me on to a link to Centric Parts (www.centricparts.com) who has an upgrade from the 1 piece rotor hub assy to a 2 piece where you can purchase the rotor separately. The upgrade part # is 120-65128 for the 6 lug rotor and 120.65101 for the 7 lug.

Thank you! Thank you very much! That's what I'm talking about!

Here's the image to Rockauto Centric two pieces if anyone wants to separate them.

CENTRIC Part # 12065100 Premium Disc-Preferred

Just wonder how good are these bearings? If they are made in China I won't touch it.

Just wanted to let you guys know.. and confirm the thread, this was absolutely the problem with my truck. I changed out the rotors today and the noise is completely gone! woo! Thanks for all your help. By the way I live in Oklahoma and purchased my rotors from O'reilly Auto Parts. They were actually $86.99 Each. Rotor/Bearing combo. They also provided the Spindle nut for the project. Thanks again!

I just replaced mine 2 weeks ago. I also have the 2 wheel drive model. The sound you described was similar to mine and the change also solved my sound issue. However, at O'rielly in AZ...the rotors were $86.99 a piece but the spindle nuts cost me an extra $20.00. Still well worth it to me. I was just a little surprised you got the spindle nuts with the rotors. Which brand did you purchase if you don't mind me asking?
