Front tire wear on all F150's?
Does this happen to all of your F150's?
My '08 front tires (on both sides) are wearing heavily on the "outside" of the tread.
It might only need a front end alignment but being on both sides I have to question why.
I would prefer not to pay the going rate for the alignment if this is a typical thing.

I had the same thing, mine end up being warped rotors. I had the alignment checked and I checked and recheck the tire pressures. i knew the rotors where warped and wanted to fix the tire wear problem while changing the rotors and after i installed the new rotors, i rotated the tires and the wear issue was gone. Then i bought a new set of tires.

My truck only has 12,200 miles on it. It is a '08. Rarely do you see tires that look next to new on a 2 year old truck. I didn't take notice of the tire wear because I was pretty impressed that the tires looked new. I didn't know if was the only one with a positive camber issue.

mine were worn horribly when i got the truck (used) the alignment was bad and it appeared it was that way from the factory. ive since had it aligned and a new set of tires installed and they are wearing great. also regular tire rotations are very important to keep tire wear even from front to back.

Suggetions:
- Check the alignment
- Rotate every oil change
- Make sure properly inflated
- Stop taking corners so fast
