Okay guys. Im coming to you because ford and their 800 help lines aren't working to get me part numbers. Im looking for the front coil spring either single or as a pair on a 2005 F150 FX4. I have the new "boots" but i cant do anything with my suspension till i grab those parts. Now i tried tasca and two reps on the phone and an email later they just tell me its on the site and i can order there.. Thats great and all but there are like 10 different ones. I guess what I'm asking is which sub letter designator would be for a fx4? I dont think i have had this much issue with a spring before. Unless im missing a designation code on the spring but i don't see anything...
And no NOT lowering springs just stock replacements.

Tried that few times already they kept giving me different numbers..
What kind of aftermarket ones? I wouldn't mind some white ones for matching the 5100s

I got a set here back in September, They are Moog and were directly cross referenced to the OEM springs.

x2 on Moog. Good replacement, don't overpay for factory stuff at the dealer.

Those look really thin. I put my truck on hold till i get the ball joints. Im looking for those moog springs but cant seem to find ones that resemble size of my 4x4 ones.

Yeah they do look thin....Could be it's just a generic spring photo..??

The ones I got are the same or larger than factory. Look at the link below..scroll down and look at the "General Description" tab.

I looked at those but image threw me off haha okay thank you! Ill grab those.

Did you need to replace the upper insulator pad for the spring when you swapped yours? Mine doesn't look to worn. I'm not sure if that little disc makes much difference.
