Front Spring Broke - Help with Part #?
I have a 2004 F150 SCREW FX4 and the front driver's coil spring broke. The part number is 4L34-5310-UA. A couple questions:
1. I'm having a hard time finding an exact replacement. My searches keep coming up with 4L3Z-5310-UA which I think is the 2006+ version. Are these compatible?
2. While searching I came across strut assemblies on eBay for pretty cheap:

Bonus question: I just bought this truck used from a dealer and I can't tell if I have a lift/leveling kit or not. I have 325/60/18 tires and it's 7.5" from the tire to the plastic fender liner. Is that the stock height?
Thanks!

Also, my truck's fender flares are 38" from pavement to fender in the front, 39.5" in the rear. Is it safe to assume my truck is stock and does not have a leveling kit already since there's a slight rake? The Rancho's have a 2.5" leveling kit in them so would they give it a reverse rake?

The install was easy, and the shocks are excellent stock replacements. They do not offer any lift in the front though, so if you are looking for that, you would need something different.

I put the monro quick struts (with a day start level, for the record) in my 2004 when I bought it. I'm VERY happy with them. The ride and handling is great, and unlike most manufacturers, there's zero rust after ~3 years of use.
Got them dirt cheap, too.
