Default Front seat problems

I have an 04 Supercab Lariat. There is movement in my seat. When I accelerate and brake, I feel like the seat is moving either backwards or forwards. Like a loose bolt but I looked and bolts seem tight.

I read up on the problem and the only fix I saw was replacing the seat rails which looks difficult and expensive.

I assume others have had the same problem. Did anyone come up with a DIY fix for this problem?
