Default Front and Rear bumper removal????? HELP?

Can someone please explain to me how to removal the front and the rear bumpers on my truck
I have a 2005 f150 XLT

Don't know about the front but the back bumper on my 06 was like 6 or 8 huge bolts (20mm or 22mm) easy to find no big deal I have no clue on the front

Theres four bolts holding The front bumper on remove them disconnect foglights and pull bumper off

quick questions though
on the front bumper I noticed about 10 bolts.. which 4 are you talking about?
and in the rear do i have to remove the spare tire to get to those bolts that you are talking about?

I replace my bumper and I took the headlights off, upper plastic bumper then fog lights then my bumper off and you will see the bolts

Rear bumper- no the tire does not have to come out I got to mine fairly easy but I'm sure if you want a little more room to work it couldn't hurt
