Default front end vibration and humming please help

Ok I'm complete lost and about to loose my mind trying to figure out this humming and vibration in my truck I checked some threads already posted but they don't fit my problem exactly
OK here's what's going on I have vibration I can feel in the wheel and pedals when traveling at about any speed the vibration is seems to stop when wheel is straight and increases I turn to the left to best describe the noise it sound like a bogger with a flat spot
It seemed to me it would have been the wheel bearings so I jacked it up and had a little play in drivers side went ahead and replaced it no play at all in passenger side I also replaced that about a year and a half ago. I also know it's not my tires because I have a brand new set of nittos that are 2 weeks old and this problem is present on them and was also present on my old set any ideas?

Well if you didnt fix the problem that killed the first IWE the same problem would kill the IWE again.
You need to do some reading here to find the root cause

Jamie is right...if you have water in your vacuum lines this will eat up your IWE.
