Default Front End Clunk

I have a 05 screw 4x4. The other day I heard a small clunk in the front end, then on the way to work this morning it did it alot. It does it on acceleration, braking, and turning. I just looked under the truck fast when I got to work and could not see anything that stuck out like a sore thumb. I had a local garage put on a set of F150 lifts coil overs on about 3 months ago. Not sure if that would have something to do with it.
Thanks for your help.

No change over bumps?

Check tie rod ends, ball joints, control arm / sway bar bushings and CV joints / joint boots.

Also check your calipers and make sure one of your slide pins didn't fall out

Also check motor mounts..

It has to be tie rods/uper ball joints/lowerbal joints/steering shaft / coil overs. Id say. Try to reproduce the noise to pin point it so your not thorwing parts at it.

If you do take it elsewhere and they tell you it needs something make sure they show you how and why
