I can't find a front diff cover gasket do u just use gasket maker?

The front diff takes 75w90 can't find any that's not synthetic ford doesn't call for it I wanna run mobil and how much does it take

Transfer case takes mercon ATF also wanna run mobile then again ford dosent call for synthetic can't find non synthetic anywhere And how much does it take

Make your own Gasket

Mobil 1 is fine for differentials and for the transfer case I have used it with no problems.

Transfer case holds 2 Quarts
Front differential holds 3.7 Pints (75w-90)
Rear differential holds 5.5 Pints (75w-140)
Also get 1 bottle of friction modifier for the rear differential

I did the rear already and synthetic or non synthetic does it really matter

Yeah that's what I put in but non synthetic ATF and gear oil is impossible to find I've called everywhere

Whether or not Ford says to use synthetics fluids, they are usually considered to be of higher quality than "regular" fluids. If the synthetics are readily available, just use them.
