I had a similar situation, battery died once a month then over time it progressed to next morning it was dead. I put a multimeter between the battery terminaland it was reading voltage with nothing on. I started pulling fuses and found a couple radio fuses that dropped the multimeter reading. Replaced the radio for $50 on eBay and it never died again. In my research I found there is an electronic box behind the back seat that goes bad and drains batteries also.

Have the battery load tested. Taking battery and alternator readings with a multimeter can be deceiving. I went through 3 alternators back to back before I solved my issue but my battery and alt always read within specs. I would suspect the alt but it could be the battery
