Default Convertor Questions

So as im reading through the thousands of post on here im noticing that everyone that is talking about exhaust says remove the rear cats......
I have an 07 5.4l and i only had 2 cats apparently this is VERY uncommon because MOST of you guys suggest removing 2 and leaving 2.
So im curious just how many of you guys have 4 cats (before removing any of them) and how many of you guys have/had just 2?

The Oregon DEQ, which is a joke, only has inspections in some areas not the entire state, use a mirror on a pole to look for mods on the underside...
If you register outside the boundaries it's a free for all.

Arkansas doesn't have inspections period so I'm Scott free to run without them
