Default Fox racing shocks and Rize 8"

Hey guys I bought a pair of fox shocks for the rear I was wondering if you know how to measure them to see if they will fit my F1 with an 8 in RIZE suspension

I measured the rod and it's 10 inches the whole thing extended is about 28 or 29 any ideas?

no probably not! with my combined 9" lift i needed a compressed length of about 18-19" compressed and 31-32" extended

my f150 is raised with a Pro Comp 6" only and i require in the back a 27.xx extended and around 16.00 compressed. So most likely they will not fit.

Jeez what if I fabricate some custom brackets? That will give me more inches?

Think that's possible?

seems like more trouble then its worth. it would have to be a solid mount and if it breaks you have no shocks. if it was me, id sell them and just put the money towards buying the correct legnth shocks

how long is the shock you have in the rear now?
