Default Four Wheel Drive Not Working

Replaced the solenoid under the hood on the passenger side firewall around March because my 4x4 High light wouldn't come on when truck was in 4x4 and working fine. I replaced it and the light and the 4x4 worked fine. Only used it maybe once or twice after that in snow storms. A few weeks ago I tried to use 4x4 while launching my boat and it wouldn't work in low or high. No lights come on or anything and it is definitely not engaging. I drove for at least a 1/4 mile in drive and nothing. Tried for a couple hundred feet in reverse and nothing.
Just wondering if anyone has had a similar problem and what the fix was. Thanks in advance for any info you guys send my way.

Vtx I've read over everything 3xs but I can't find a solution to my truck being stuck in 4hi. I've replaced shift motor, dash switch (SOTF), both relays under the hood and the solenoid. I did test the SOTF wire harness (2 blue wires). One is reading no voltage with truck off and the other is reading voltage. I did install a reman PCM 3 months ago so a ford tech friend of mind seems to think my PCM is grounding out the blue wire that's reading voltage.

Yep. Finally got around to messing with it. Tapped the TCM a couple times and it freed it up and now it works fine. Thanks again for the help!!
