idk if this is related, but i was driving the other day and i saw an 04-05 body style fx4 and it sounded like crap. there was so much piston slap in the engine. it sounded terrible. clak clak clak clak clak on acceleration. i thought it was gonna blow! of course it was a woman driving so she prolly didnt even notice and will prolly drive it into the ground.

When I got mine done they said that it was aapproaching the 9k mark if I had to pay out if pocket.
^^ when my truck had the problem it kinda sputtered when I pulled into my driveway, went to leave a couple hours later and it wouldnt turn over. Once it finally started it was very very loud ticking and I had gas coming out of exhaust. I posted a video somewhere on here.
