There is a guy that did the head swap on the 4.6 to the mustang heads. I think he used a gt500 throttle body. Idk just look around he did a pretty decent write up of I remember right.

No I don't. Just google it. You should be able to find it no problem. I thought it was an interesting write up.

Me personally. absolutely nothing. I know a fair about about the motor i have, but have a lot to learn. The little i do know is that the best way is to find a complete donor motor and all. I looked into it for a quick minute but could only find stuff on previous gen trucks. It might be easier to do a 4v head swap cam it a do a blower or turbo. Either way good luck. you could always bore the motor?

from what i understand is my ecm wont work with the 4v setup..if i don't end up putting a sts on it i'm leaning towards trick flow twisted wedge top end kit, troyer pcv for tranny, 3.73 gears, programmer, and i'm looking for an intake manifold right now. i know 01-04 mustang stuff will fit but not sure about how hard it is to either use my throttle body since its fly by wire, or what kinda custom work to get a mustang fly by wire throttle body to work. truck only has like 55,000 miles on it so hopefully it'll be a while before i need to break into the bottom end

Ya I thought I was pretty good. Probably get se pretty good power if things were done right with the right mods.
