anyone remember how they were going to use the ac system to supercool the air in the intercooler for even more performance?

Dont know about the AC mod but the pic of the SVT is real nice. I like the front fender air intake like on the diesel Super Duty.

I do remember that. I wanted one of the new Lightnings before our family started growing and then I heard about the SVT SportTrac Adrenaline. They were supposed to produce it instead of the Lightning because the two door Lightning had too limited demand.



I would've bought this truck in a heartbeat. It had the 390hp supercharged 32V DOHC motor out of the Cobra, a 6 speed automatic, and AWD. It was going to be able to tow 6000 lbs. and maybe a bit more. It would've been the perfect hotrod truck. And then those fools shelved it too. I was pissed!

The base vehicle is made in KC and shipped to Tecstar for conversion in Fort Wayne IN...

i read somewhere that they are going to be the fastest production truck out, but no times where posted. As long as theyre faster that roush f150..cough cough..(what a joke), then I think ford will do ok.
