Nice! Had a Foose 'stang pull up next to me at the light the other day. It was nice looking ride. Don't know what it sounded like cause he did not get on it when the light changed.

Doubtful. The Lightnings were underrated at 390hp and somewhere around 440 ft./lbs. of torque. Mine put down 356/426... bone stock... and a lot more once it was modded. The other big factor is the fact that they only weigh a bit more than 4500 lbs. or so.

how much heavier are the new f150's than the previous gen? That foose looks sick, I like the lines on the truck, everything flows really nice. so how much hp/tq do they put out?

I think everyone has hit the nail on the head.

The first lightnings were single cab flairsides (with fiberglass bedsides?) and these are full blown supercrews.

I wish that ford would have went with the original lightning prototype that they came up with right after the new body style was drooped for 04.
