"school for T A&M" hmmm... Think I saw that on rawtube? What kind of "school" is that? (lol). Maybe you can score some xlt bumpers with some fogs? I had a tree jump out if front of my old ranger too. Considering it was the only one anywhere near the boat launch I considered myself pretty lucky also. I just got my f150 a few weeks ago. I noticed the rear likes to race the front quite often while turning sharply. The ranger only had a 6 cyl and was turning 34's so Im not use to power. Hope it all turns out good in the end.

Hey bud not to tell you how to drive or anything, but living up here in Ohio we get wet and snowy conditions. We do the same thing with counter steering and such. One thing we also do is take our foot off the gas, and not hit the brake either, not sure if you knew this already, but for next time if you didn't.

Thanks cowboy. For any other fish-tail I would have done that but the back end of my truck spun so far around each time if I had let off the gas the rear end would have locked up and I would probably be looking for a new truck bed instead. (I don't wanna get into a war about who's right and wrong like I've seen elsewhere haha)

So, in contact with the body shop finally. $5000 in damage and won't have my truck back till ~Dec. 22. FML x 2.
I feel like I'm 15 again and don't have a ride. But i do still have school and work.

Ouch. I would believe $5k easily, hopefully insurance is helping you out with that? Did it push into the radiator or frame or anything? I hit a deer in may (rt front fender, headlight, rt rear fender) - $3600, and some girl backed into my truck parked in the street a few weeks ago (rt front fender again, both rt door panels) - $1250. At least the truck was driveable both times while I waited to get into the body shop since it was all body work.
