I labored over a set of replacement mats and settled on a carpeted set from a local store (perhaps Target). I like something a bit less industrial looking than the Weatherguard mats. I don't track much mud and yuck.
I am unhappy with the fit of the mats because the driver's side keeps sliding around. I will either get a grommet and punch a hole in the driver's side mat to mount the grommet to keep it in place on the stock hook or, get another set.
I don't care for the black mats because my truck has the Pebble carpet, but I like the following Harley mats a lot.

I think getting the right floor mats depends a lot on how you use the truck. If you live up north with the snow and yuck, work in construction and drag in a lot of mud, well then I think the Weathertechs or Husky's are the ticket. If you're like me though and live farther south and don't have snow to deal with, then something less expensive will probably suffice. I do like the rubber mats just because I can clean them and they look new again. Carpeted mats look good when new, but they're hard to keep that way.

Thanks for all the responses guys. I kind of got a little antsy and ordered a set of Rugged Ridge brand off ebay before I saw all the Weatherguard responses. They were pretty reasonable and look good in the pic with the same color interior I have. Hopefully the work out as good as they look...
