Default fix manifolds or get headers?

Soo Im unsure of what to do im starting to get a manifold leak on my 2004 f150 with the 5.4. I know its common and a PITA to do. Ive been looking into some PaceSetter long tube headers maybe this will stop from having a manifold leak problem? Ive heard of people getting the manifold leaks again after 18 months or sooner trying to avoid that. Are pacesetter headers even any good or are they junk? Anyone out there with experience on which route to take or if I replace the manifold gaskets and get the manifolds re surfaced how long will they last?. Or any other options thanks.

Default

From my past experience, headers are prone to blowing gaskets fairly often and require frequent torquing. Something that would be very inconvenient on our trucks!
