with that many miles I would FLUSH the tranny, get the plugs replaced and flush the coolant. To be more specific to your question start with plugs, clean the throttle body and mass airflow sensor. maybe run some seafoam through it too. Just my opinion

Right in your gas tank. Add about an ounce per gallon of gas. I usually do this at the end of and oil change because it will thin out your oil. Do this on a couple of tanks and you'll be ready to do your plugs. Read up on that one before you dive into it. There's a sticky on the top of this forum to get you up to speed on that. Good luck.

You should get a tune after playing with your air intake if your truck has the jitters. You'll hear folks talk here quite often that our Ford trucks run a lean air to gas ratio to begin with...your gotts mod simply makes it leaner. And by the way...welcome to the forum!!!

Depends on if it us 2x4 or 4x4. 2x4 will need the added lift in the rear with a 2.5. 4x4 will not.

Most folks will lean towards the 2.5 level (I did) due to control arm problems and blah, blah, blah. Others say that there's no harm. Better safe than sorry for .5" difference if u ask me. 35's should fit nicely!
