^^ way to go brotha lol ... damn can i buy your truck when your done?
I mean your truck is going to be a whole different animal in such a short time, glad your getting your hellas finally , remember to be pacient and extracarefull when installing them and double check the tightness of the sockets so you don't run into problems like mine did.

How much lift those bilsteins are going to provide?... I know they are way better than spacers.

Dude! I'm pumped! I will definitely make sure the Hellas are tight when i install! You still liking them?? As for the lift, Yeah.. I was going to get spacers but when your messing with suspension I want to get something a little better. The bilsteins will provide 2" of lift in the front leaving behind about a half an inch of rake. I figure this really isn't a big deal and would be barely noticeable and I do tow my quad around quite frequently so this will provide me a little help in the rear when hauling. I got the full kit front and rear. I heard the ride is 100% better than stock. We shall see. shockwarehouse shipped them an hour after I placed the order. Ran me close to $400. Might get them by Friday = weekend project!!!

hey cubapnea, i been thinking about the large hella-type lights behind the grill but was wondering, with them right in front of the a/c condenser does it cut down on the coolness of the a/c?

Fordsaken my truck is a v6 ,all I have there is the radiator and it does not affect cooling at all, pretty sure it will not affect yours as long as you don't completly block the condenser , just dont go too crazy with lights size and number, also keep in mind the grille must let light go thru ( honey comb , t-rex) .I could take a few shots of the rack I build if you need it, or any other questions feel free to ask.

Default Got the NEW GRILLE on!

Here is the New Grille guys.. Hopefully my lift and tires will go on this week as my buddy was busy last week... For now here is something to enjoy! Currently I have the Bug guard on with the new grille. Let me know what you guys think. All I can say is I'm SO glad this project is done! What a PITA getting the old surround off and new grille in and getting all the snaps seated correctly! WOW! WELL WORTH IT THOUGH! I love it!

Nice looking grill !!... I think it looks better without the bug guard Jono, good job buddy

How can I get a hold of that f150 forum sticker??

I've not done anything else on my truck ,been busy with life, work and my ladie's mazda3 that has an iddle problem driving nuts .

Next on my list is linex bumpers and maybe tow hooks, but I've been seriously thinking of e fans, just that they are not cheap .

man thats one hell of a transformation. Just my $.02 but I would smoke thoes tail lights. That way it would look good with the bumpers and rockstars and you would still get the led look.

totally right muddy....totally right, what's the best way to smoke them?. I think a dark window film will be better ,but I see people painting them, kind of skeptical about paint... what do you think?
