Default Firewall ground strap

After removing my passenger side head, I've realized that the firewall ground strap next the PCM was not connected to anything anymore.

I've tried searching but every forum I found doesn't actually say where it connects to. I'm putting my engine back together now so I would greatly appreciate any help!

The ground strap that is located to the right of the PCM is connected to the back of the passenger cylinder head. There is a double threaded stud that is used to hold the heater tube to the back of the head. The ground strap is grounded there.

The bigger nut is 13 mm and the smaller nut that tightens down the ground strap is 10 mm.
