Default Finally repaired the leaky rear main seal.

Well I finally got this nightmare of a project done. Had access to a lift today. It's a job alright! I found that it wasn't the mating surface of the seal to the crankshaft. It was the aluminum housing where the seal sets. I put a little rtv on the outside diameter of the seal and installed it along with a new slinger seal. Got it all back together with no leaks. Hopefully that doesn't return ever again. Got a couple of exhaust leaks where we had to disassemble the y pipe to get it out of the way. I'm going to get some new band clamps to replace the factory ones. I had a couple of O2 sensor codes. But I figured that was from the exhaust being disassembled and battery unhooked. Cleared them out hopefully they are a thing of the past. I would say this job on a scale from one to ten on the difficulty level would be a 8 or 9. Not a whole lot of fun.
