You can get a fairly nice backup camera from best buy as well. they sell a few models.

as for the bypass, you actually need a toggle (2 position) switch. what you're doing is "fooling" the headunit into thinking your parking brake is set. when you hit your brake it sends out a grounded signal. this is what the headunit is looking for through that green wire. but the trick with these units is, you can't just set the parking brake. you actually have to set it, unset it, and then set it again for the bypass to allow full screen function. so, if you were to install a switch and use it to trick the headunit, you'd have to turn your switch on off and then on one more time. also, do it with about a one second pause... otherwise the unit might not realize the signal change haha. hide the switch though. it is definitely illegal in most states and it's a lot easier to convince the cop you weren't actually watching Super Troopers when he can't find the toggle switch ; P

All you need to do is go to Avic 411.com. There they outline exactley how to do the bypass and other cool stuff. Its easy, all you have to do is move one pin in the wiring harness.
As for the camera, go to amizon or ebay. I paid 20 bucks for mine and it works great, day or night.

thanks ,and all but the cb and the three little led's above the ash tray are gone outta there... that was just one of my lazy days when I didn't feel like cleaning all the junk out. I make a lot of road trips, so clutter just kinda builds up. I'm just gonna hate to see what it looks like when I take it to Tacoma!
