Default A few questions???

Have a 2006 f150 5.4 with 207,000 miles. Truck runs great except for a few issues. 1. At idle it runs fine but you can feel it in the truck it's a little rough. I've recently cleaned, throttle body, has somewhat new fuel filter, I run treatments through gas every now and then. Just wondering it something that I don't know about. Also spark plugs are only 7,000 miles old. Cops have about 40,000 miles on them. 2nd question. At operating temp getting on it between 2,000-3,500 rpms I hear a clinking noise like sonething is hitting or something. Think it might be my chain being loose with the miles. As I said the truck has ran great and still continues to do so. Have had it since 2007. So I know what's been done to it. Anyone with thoughts or ideas I would appreciate it. Thanks in advance. Travis.

I had a 2005 with 265,000 I had to replace a couple of the ignition coils. a mechanic friend say they start to go bad about 200,000. You can check them by unplugging the feel wires tothe coils one at a time. You should notice a change in rpm and engine sound if they're working. A compression test could be helpful also.
