Default Anyone have luck with wheel spacers?

Just curious to know if anyone has wheel spacers that are holding up good for them.
I'm interested in getting some 1/4" spacers but keep hearing bad things.
If anyone has them or knows more about them than I do please help me out.
Thanks in advance

I've been using 1/4" for a good 4-5 months now and no problems and don't foresee problems occurring either.

Which ones did you buy? What did you torque them too? There's welding rigs where I work running 2 and 3 inch spacers and they have no issues and have tons of weight back there so ya details?

Damn that sucks. I would buy some rims but I've spent too much the past month or two so I'm thinking of trying my luck with some spacers.

Only $24?! Well I might be ordering that this weekend then.
I know 1/4" isn't much but is it noticeable at all?

the 1/4 are just the plates. but when you go with 1-2 inchs thats when things get scary. personal i wouldnt use em, but some people have and havent had any trouble.

It was enough to let my 35x12.50x20 clear my Upper Control Arm... as for visually noticeable I couldn't tell you, it looked the same before and after the spacer w/ the M/T's
