Default Fender and headlight damage repair

Recently drove into a drive through window at a restaurant. Therefor put a pretty good dent in my left front fender and broke the headlight. After getting several quotes have decided to make the repairs my self. Looking for info on where to get an after market fender and headlight. Also don't understand why the repair shops want to charge me $170+ for one headlight when I can go on ebay and get a pair for less than a $100. WTH. Any info would be great. Thanks

Aftermarket fenders fit the worst. Paint will be your biggest price when all is said and done. Craigslist may have some good deals on the fender and headlights. Junkyards, at least in my area, haven't had a 04 - 08 f 150 to pick apart at all. But maybe that's a good thing.
