Default Feedback in brake pedal when turning left

(hi guys, brand new here)

So i took it to a shop and the guy couldnt feel any play in the bearings, rotors and pads are both fairly new (within a year) and the truck still stops fine. But when im turning left and apply the brake, i get this kinda "thunk thunk thunk" noise and there is some feedback in the brake pedal itself. Any thoughts?

any help is greatly appreciated thanks in advance guys/girls

If there is no noise when turning with no brake, then it's most likely not bearing or suspension related. My guess would be a sticking caliper or warped rotors
