Default Fan blade broken, replace or E-Fan?

Found out my vibration is from fan blade being broken off. Now should i spend the $250 the shop wants to replace it or just bypass it with a EFan?

I always try to upgrade when I replace. An e-fan would free up so hp as well. Of course it all depends on how long you plan on keeping the truck as well.

Dittos. If I'm going to be in there working, I'm going to put what I want in.

If you want the cheap way out, hed to your local bone yard and buy a used fan. I'm betting it's less than an efan setup.

Got an OEM Fan for $51. Friend is service manager downtown. Installed myself.
