Before I purchased it, it served as a work truck. After 8 plus years on the road it had its share of knicks, dings, and scratches. It was new to me so I wanted to make it look new. Plus I had several ideas of how I wanted it to look and I didn't want to do those things to a truck that could use a paint job.
