Default faint knock from the bottem end when cold.

I replaced my cam phasors and the rest of the timing assembly about 3k ago and its ran just fine but there has been a slight knock in the bottom end around the front of the crank and the colder it is out side the more noticeable it is. After I drive a few blocks and get just a bit of heat in it it gose away. I know it not a phasor but I don't know what it would be. I did put on a new Weldon oil pump why I was in there too. Dose anybody have a idea what it might be? The hole truck has just over 63k on it and yes it is a 5.4

It could be something as simple as your headers not fastened tight enough to the block and they are just causing some noise... Or it could be much more serious.... Anyway you can post a video clip on here?
